SERBIA scored straight after Germany’s star striker Miroslav Klose was extremely harshly sent off by an over exuberant card brandishing ref. Ten man Germany hit the bar not long after. Lukas Podolski had his penalty saved by Serbian goalkeeper Stojković midway through the second half. The spot kick was given away after Nemanja Vidić stupidly handled the ball while pretending to be Superman. This is exactly how his team-mate Aleksandar Luković was sent off against Ghana. But Vidić was only booked. Serbia hit the post in search of a second goal, but held on for another shock win in this World Cup.

Zakumi: “I wasn’t expecting that result.”

P92: “No neither was I, but the ref ruined the game by sending Klose off for not a lot really.”

Zakumi: “Yeah, and this result blows Group D wide open.”

Johannesburg – JEP

WHAT a game! Slovenia knew that a win would take them into the last 16, so they dutifully raced into a 2-0 half-time lead leaving the Americans stunned. But led by Landon Donovan – who smashed home a close range shot from an almost impossible angle early in the second half – the U.S.A. played like a team possessed. They scored their second late on, and did get the ball in the net for a third time with just a few minutes left. But the goal was ruled out wrongly in my opinion, and the United States can count themselves rather unlucky.

Zakumi: “I think that’s game of the tournament so far.”

P92: “Oh by a mile. It was really on the edge of your seat stuff.”

THE England football team have once again destroyed the hopes and dreams of the nation who made the sport what it is today. The players looked as if they just didn’t want to be out there playing for the country. I think they would have preferred to be playing for their clubs in the UEFA Champions League and getting paid over £120,000 per week. No wait, they most likely would prefer right now to be on holiday in South Africa instead of playing. The fans booed the players at the final whistle after England’s worst display in years. Then Wayne Rooney has the BALLS to say to a camera: “It’s nice to see your own fans booing you.” ROONEY THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BOO YOU! THEY FOLLOWED YOU ALL THE WAY TO #@!%ING CAPE TOWN TO SEE YOU WIN THE WORLD CUP, AND NOT TO SEE YOU PLAY LIKE A LEAGUE TWO SIDE AGAINST A TEAM WE SHOULD HAVE HAMMERED!!!!! One fan broke into the England dressing room after the match and gave them hell. I want to buy this man a drink for being the voice of 50 million disillusioned Englishmen and women.

Zakumi: “Are you okay now?”

P92: “Yes…I’m fine.”
